Diageo approached Dream Event to design a five-day incentive trip for their distributors from Argentina, with the goal of raising brand awareness of their Scottish distilleries in Edinburgh, Speyside, and East Lothian. The client wanted an immersive, luxury experience that combined cultural authenticity, exclusive access, and high-end hospitality.
Approach
Guests began their journey with a luxury stay at The Balmoral before moving to an exclusive hire castle in Speyside. The itinerary featured hands-on distillery experiences, feeding Highland cows, participating in Highland games, and interacting with birds of prey. The trip culminated at the prestigious Archerfield House, where a Highland dinner and traditional dancing celebrated the end of the incentive. Dream Event managed all logistics, ensuring seamless travel, activities, and experiences throughout the five-day program.
Result
The incentive successfully combined luxury, adventure, and brand immersion.
